Black and white stripes are among my favourite binding options - it just works so well with so many different colour combinations.
This listing is for a 50cm (20 inch) cut across the width of the fabric. If you cut your binding strips at 2.5 inches, this will give you a total of 320 inches of binding, which should be enough to bind a quilt up to 75 inches square.
